Hereinafter referred to as kiteshop.hu

When sending the order, the customer only indicates his intention to purchase to the supplier, the order becomes a civil law contract (purchase) according to the PTK only after the confirmation of the kiteshop.hu webshop order. Due to price differences resulting from different region and browser settings, the kiteshop.hu webshop does not take any responsibility. The stock information displayed on the website may differ from the stocks in our warehouses because stock information is not constantly updated. In the case of out-of-season and seasonal products, we can only complete the purchase while stocks last. When you make a purchase in our webshop, by pressing the order button, you declare that you have acknowledged these conditions and consider the prices that are included in the order confirmation e-mail of the kiteshop.hu webshop to be authoritative. Of course, if you do not agree with the confirmation e-mail, you can request the cancellation or modification of your order at any time within 14 working days without giving a reason.
SPECIAL TERMS OF REPLACEMENT

17/1999 on contracts concluded in absentia. (II. 5.) of the Government of the Republic of Hungary on contracts concluded in absentia - with the exceptions included in § 5, the buyer may use the option of exchange within 14 days in the case of products purchased in the webshop, in case you can prove your purchase by presenting an invoice or receipt and return the product in its original undamaged packaging, undamaged and with all its accessories.

WITHDRAWAL

17/1999 on contracts concluded in absentia. (II. 5.) of the Government Decree - with the exceptions contained in § 5 - the buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receipt of the product. In the case of a written withdrawal, it shall be deemed to have been completed within the time limit if the buyer sends his statement of withdrawal before the expiry of the time limit. In the event of a valid right of withdrawal, the purchase price paid must be reimbursed to the buyer immediately, but no later than thirty days after the withdrawal.

The cost of returning the product and the damage resulting from improper use of the product shall be borne by the buyer.

WARRANTY

Warranty in accordance with 49/2003. (VII. 30.) of the Ministry of Economy and Transport, we only undertake for problems arising from manufacturing defects, the duration of which is at least 12 months. The longer warranty period is indicated for all products.

If you believe that the defective performance is due to warranty issues, you can report it to our customer service within 8 days. If we deem your objection to be justified, we will replace the product if possible, or you can repurchase the value of the product in our web store. You should be aware that in disputed warranty cases, in order to determine the true cause of the error, 49/2003. (VII. 30.) of the Ministry of Economy and Transport, you can request the expert opinion of the National Consumer Protection Authority. However, the initial costs of this will be borne by you. In the event that the expert opinion establishes that the objection is justified, the examination fee will be reimbursed to you by the kitesurf.hu webshop.

You can find the fees for the opinions of the National Consumer Protection Authority at www.nfh.hu.

You can assert the buyer's warranty claim together with the receipt or invoice confirming the purchase.

 

WARRANTY ARRANGEMENTS

The customer can assert his warranty claims by phone during business hours (+36306833972) and by e-mail at daniel@true-surfers.com.

For the management of warranty and guarantee claims enforced within the framework of a consumer contract, Regulation 49/2003. (VII. 30.) GKM decree is applicable.

When sending his order, the user accepts the civil law contract concluded between kiteshop.hu and the customer in accordance with the terms of delivery of kiteshop.hu.
