For product returns, we would like to provide the following information to help you run smoothly. Whether there is a size problem (A), a quality defect (B) or any other reason why you want to return the product you bought from us, you will need the following.

- The returned product is in the original packaging, with labels, in original, new, unused condition, (including any parts, pl fixing screws, corners) we can take it back. If the original packaging is not available or due to damage it cannot return the product to its original form for storage, we can refund and credit its value by deducting a -20% return stock / packaging fee from the product price. In the case of incompletely returned products, in the case of a replacement part, we can refund or credit it by deducting its value. In the case of non-replaceable parts, we may refuse to return the product, together with a refund of the price of the product (Please do not tape the original packaging or box of the products together, if possible wrap it in additional packaging for return).
- Products returned more than 30 days after receipt can only be returned by prior arrangement, and their value can be credited in the amount available in our store / webshop (credits) based on current product prices or purchase value.
